Please review all instructions before downloading/saving it. ATTENTION: This page will be removed after seven (7) days of informing you. Please take action during this period.

In addition, according to our records, you have not yet submitted your profile (self-portrait) photo to WAA. Therefore, the WAA cannot issue a Photo ID card to you. We encourage you to submit your profile image for your Photo ID card when you're ready:

Download Instructions for Your Certificate:

• Click the following icon(s) (Version 1 or 2) to get a scaled Certificate image
• Right-click on the Certificate image
• Select “Save image as…”
• Find a location to Download/Save the image on your computer (or other places)
• Choose the “JPG File” format on the “Save as type”
• Then click the “Save” button
