The www.WAA.world (“WAA site”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the mobile application are an online service platform operated by the World Association of Artists (“WAA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”, a FBN of 787, Inc) on the World Wide Web running on the Internet. (The Chairman of 787, Inc is also the Chairman of the WAA.) The Member or ANYONE (“you” or “your”) represents each individual age 18 or older agrees and accepts this Terms and Policy (TERMS OF SERVICE & PRIVACY POLICY) and any and all codes of conduct of the World Association of Artists™ ℠ (“WAA”); joins the WAA and creates an account for access to and use of the WAA site. Each joiner should submit three own artworks (or provide three own artwork links) and others to the WAA for reviewing and evaluating. Any submissions are not returned. If not meeting the WAA minimum membership or friendship requirements, the joiner will receive a money-back refund (excluding any transaction fees). And you may reapply for the WAA member after one year.

Due to the U.S. Government restrictions, the WAA is unable to accept any level memberships and art competition entries, etc. from Iran, North Korea, or Crimea, etc.

This Terms of Service is effective as of July 1, 2025, and will remain in full force and effect except with respect to any modifications in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on the WAA site.

As a Member, you can only have one active account. After paying the new/renewal application fee and being approved for eligibility, you will receive your Certificate of Membership (and/or other documents, if applicable) on the WAA site only. The World Association of Artists (“WAA”) will NOT ship a certificate (or other documents) to you through the mail (or others). The WAA contacts its Members directly only. And the most contacts between the WAA and the Members are by email; so each Member must keep your email address up to date in the WAA site system at all times. And you have the sole responsibility to secure and maintain your username and password. Also, if changing your residence location, Members should notify the WAA immediately through our member’s email (members@waa.world). If you do not reply (or report) to any notices, emails, and including but not limited to, such as your gallery page, videos, etc. of the WAA in seven days, we may take your unresponsiveness as a notification that you have read, understood, agreed, accepted, and consented to the contents. Due to our main social media site is X (Twitter): https://x.com/WAAdotWorld. Therefore, we strongly suggest our members have an X (Twitter) account to facilitate communication and promotion. Except for the WAA website (https://waa.world/), our X (Twitter) site, our email, and our mailing address, please don’t send any messages, etc. to any other places.

Starting in 2026, except for the basic requirements to submit three own representative artworks, etc., each applicant for Professional Artist (GOLD) must also submit a letter of recommendation from a WAA Professional Artist (GOLD) level member or a WAA acceptable internationally renowned (world-famous) artist from the applicant’s country (or other places).

As per the WAA membership requirements, each joiner should submit three own artworks through https://waa.world/submitting-artwork-for-gallery/ (or provide three own artwork links), the related information, and extra works (if needed), etc. to the WAA for the purpose of reviewing and evaluating the participant’s qualification. If, without receiving the above required documentation, etc. from the joiner, after 90 days of paying the application fee, the WAA may issue a “The WAA Good Friendship Certificate” (instead of a Certificate of Membership) to him/her. The holder of the Good Friendship Certificate will not have any membership benefits.

As a Member, you agree and grant the www.WAA.world (“WAA site”), including but not limited to, the World Association of Artists (“WAA”), 787, Inc, and/or any related or affiliated entities, etc., a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-returnable, and perpetual license/right to use, including but not limited to, host, display, post, tweet, print, publish, reproduce, show, distribute, and perform all of your submissions (sending in any way from anywhere to us and our any places, etc.) and repost/retweet all of being available on any of your social media sites, etc. If you sell your work(s), you are responsible for the new owner(s) continuing to agree and grant these rights to the WAA, etc. Also, you are agreeing and granting that the www.WAA.world (“WAA site”), the World Association of Artists (“WAA”), and 787, Inc can use all of your submissions in any and all manner and media of the www.WAA.world (including but not limited to, https://WorldAssociationofArtists.org, https://ArtPomo.com, https://Narrationism.com, https://x.com/ArtPomoNews, https://x.com/WAAdotWorld, and the WAA YouTube channels, etc.) and that the www.WAA.world (“WAA site”), the World Association of Artists (“WAA”), and 787, Inc shall have the right to authorize third parties to do so as well. The WAA site may modify, manipulate, or adjust your content(s) for any editorial reasons, technical requirements, or limitations, etc. Such any and all uses (or non-use) by the www.WAA.world (including but not limited to, https://WorldAssociationofArtists.org, https://ArtPomo.com, https://Narrationism.com, https://x.com/ArtPomoNews, https://x.com/WAAdotWorld, and the WAA YouTube channels, etc.) shall be made with no compensation paid to you with respect to any and all information, contents, materials, or anything else that you submit, send, upload, post, or otherwise make available to the WAA, etc.

The WAA site shall reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor any contents posted to the site, to determine compliance with this Terms of Service and any operating rules established by the WAA site and to satisfy any applicable laws, regulations, legal processes or governmental requests. (Additionally, when the government(s) update the relevant laws and regulations if we know about them, the WAA must also update the related rules and policies.) The WAA site is an international art stage. We respect different cultures, traditions, and histories to make the world more inclusive, harmonious, and diverse with love. Therefore, any artwork must not involve sensitive content including but not limited to politics, religion, ideology, etc. The WAA site shall reserve the right in its sole discretion to edit, change, manipulate, operate, remove, delete, or refuse to accept (and post) any information, contents, materials, or anything else on the WAA site.

新規/更新申請料

The WAA new/renewal application fee is yearly and the cycle begins the day you join until the following year. Therefore, the annual fee is due each year on the participation day of the anniversary month. You have a grace period of 30 days to pay your due. If the WAA does not receive the Member’s renewal payment after the grace period or the Member does not meet the WAA membership requirements, your account will be closed. Due to the joiner’s account being terminated, ALL the information/data, etc. that you have provided through our services may be permanently deleted, etc. from our system. It is important to be aware that you will not be able to access and use the services after your account is closed. When you make any payment(s) and/or any submission(s) to the WAA (and including but not limited to, any related or affiliated places, etc.) through any methods and anywhere, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. When or after the subscription, the automatic renewal payment will or may be created for your convenience. (See the Automatic Payment と Termination and Cancellation Policy sections for more details.) Your automatic renewal will be on your participation day of the anniversary month each year. If your fee is paid by a third party, the payer needs to email the WAA immediately (using the same name and email address as making the payment) for the notification.

支払い

By purchasing your annual new/renewal application fee, membership fee, or anything else, you are agreeing that ALL payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are not qualified for membership or friendship after submitting three own artworks (or providing three own artwork links) and others to the WAA for reviewing and evaluating, the WAA provides a money-back guarantee (excluding any transaction fees).

Automatic Payment

ATTENTION: Do not enroll (create/set up) in the automatically renewing subscriptions and recurring payments, unless you “AFFIRMATIVELY UNDERSTAND AND CONSENT” to all terms. The automatic renewal will automatically renew until you cancel. The theme and creative elements are clear
The composition and vision are principled
The description and interpretation are the summary
The 100% original creation author
The 100% copyright owner, etc.

If your submitted artwork was created with any visual art generators, including, but not limited to, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), etc., just like any other artwork, as a Member, you should be solely liable and responsible for ensuring that your submissions comply with any applicable relevant regulations and laws. You are also solely responsible for any other related matters that may arise, and you and the AI party (or parties) have read, understood, and agreed to all WAA Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before you submit your work(s). The World Association of Artists (“WAA”), including, but not limited to, the www.WAA.world (“WAA site”), 787, Inc., and any related or affiliated entities, etc., will not assume any responsibilities for any related legal and matters.

The Member and ANYONE who accesses and/or uses the services are liable for any damages, injuries, and abuses, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, accidental, fatal, and unusual to use the WAA site in any way. Any submissions are not returned. If you let others do anything for you on the WAA site (and/or any related or affiliated entities, etc.), you shall take any and all responsibilities at your own expenses. The WAA reserves the right to close its business at any time if it becomes difficult to continue operations for any reason. You are agreeing that any payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to the application fee, membership fee, or anything else (see section “Payment” and/or other sections for details). And you must not send any and all fake, abusive, fraudulent, and illegal messages to the WAA site (or any related third party associated), or post and spread such messages in any public and nonpublic forums.

The WAA site or the Member, either party may terminate the relationship of this Terms of Service at any time. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the WAA shall reserve the right to immediately terminate the Member’s active account in any situation.
